Issue- Fusion Global Payroll – County and City Is Displaying Blank LOV On Earnings Results while doing the balance adjustment and element entry for an employee.

Cause –

Display Sequence was duplicated for multiple Input Values.
The issue is caused by the following setup in the system:
  1. Input Value: Flat Earnings and State both have Display Sequence: 1
  2. Input Value: Regular Hours and County both have Display Sequence: 2
  3. Input Value: Earnings Calculated and Allocated Earnings both have Display Sequence: 5

Solution

The proper Display Sequence for State, County and City Input Values is as follows:

  1. Input Value: State- Display Sequence: 1
  2. Input Value: County- Display Sequence: 2
  3. Input Value: City- Display Sequence: 3
